Canada adds services for chemical, oil sectors to Russian sanctions

WASHINGTON, Jun 8 (PRIME) -- Canada has expanded the list of anti-Russian sanctions by adding a ban on consultations for Russian oil and gas and chemical companies and provision of other services, the country’s government said in a statement on Wednesday.

Canada also banned provision of construction, transportation, computer, accounting, and consulting services to the companies that produce chemical products, minerals, refine oil and beneficiate coal.
